i have a question for ken, when you said below inflation, do you mean inflation of that country where you reside or? because i got a personal loan but it is slightly above average inflation of my country i am residing in at 2.38% to invest, not sure if its a smart choice or not
When I say "shiny object syndrome," I usually mean the urge to start another business or acquire another investment I don't have time for, not just buying crap I don't need.

The closest thing to passive income and retiring at 40 is doing 20 years in the military and getting that retirement check for the rest of your life. There's no other job offering that along with a lot of other benefits like GI Bill the VA pays your your college and housing any school you want to go to. It's incredible.
