  1. Hi everyone, I wanted to have a little discussion. I can tell you that I had become a top student and that at first it was nice and satisfying to get good grades, but as the years passed, that feeling of satisfaction gradually faded, unless I got even better grades. So it was: I continued to get good grades and be praised, but for me it wasn't enough… I tried and tried to satisfy that thirst, sacrificing my time, my friendships, and my life, without ever feeling satisfied. All this went on until the beginning of the summer when I… burst like a soap bubble. With each passing day, I continued to ask myself what I was doing, what my dreams were, and who I really was. The answer? Rejection. After all, what is a man without a dream or a desire? Rejection, that's what it is. Right now, I find myself in this same situation: with nothing in my hand and wondering, "Why am I living?"

All this to tell you just one thing: it's easy to gain power, but difficult to maintain it. That said, I wish you all the best in becoming excellent students without being consumed by satisfaction. Goodbye.
P.S: I'd like to add that having high grades doesn't mean you're intelligent. Over the years, I've met many academically brilliant people, but as soon as you presented them with an "out of the ordinary" problem, they couldn't solve it.
