Not to nit-pick, but if the price starts below a certain level, and ends up above it, it must be an odd number of crosses. Up, up-down-up, up-down-up-down-up, etc. So the numbers given for $1 (4), $10 (4), $1000 (8) and $10,000 (14) can't be right. I don't care enough to go and count the real numbers, I guess they are probably close enough to make the point, but just sayin'.
