your post saved me a lot of time and money kudos to u
this only worked somewhat for me. i ended up doing the same process, but I added 2 thin pieces of cardboard on each side of the disk before doing it. I got rub until I used the cardboard. That fixed it perfectly.
Yeah the rotor is usually not completely straight (even new ones) you may never get the rubbing sound to completely disappear depending on how bad the rotor is out.
Bro for the second time all my brake fluid went all out and it also didnt work when i tried unscrewed the right screws, then tried other ones and brake fluid went all out.
apparently fixing brakes is the easiest thing ever, literally 3-4 minute fix. really appreciate the video, bike works great now
Not like old side mount! We used to have to use lots of different width washers
I followed all the tips on the vids and the other vids linked and I manage to get the rubbing to disappear but as soon as tighten the nuts to 7 or 6 or even 5, the rubbing comes back 😢
3:50 Once you turn the volume to zero, no more noisy breaks!
Genius! Why did I not think about this before!?!
Thanks. Great video.
Awesome. Mission accomplished my brakes no longer rub.
