Abbey, shouldn't we use a regular conditioner/flash rinse/hair mask after shampooing in the shower and then after we rinse that THEN use the leave-in conditioner? I thought that's what your method called for?
Does a leave in cream work? Even the Pantene and Tresseme is too heavy for my hair. My hair is so fine and I have low density, and a dime size amount of the Kerastase Nutritive Leave in cream is the only thing I've found that doesn't weigh my hair down. Does it have to be a spray? I feel like I've tried them all 😪
Edit: I do use the Living Proof dry heat protectant before curling or straightening, which I do every time I blow dry, which is every time I wash, which is every day. I only use a little but my hair is in good condition currently thanks to following your methods. The leave in spray is the only step I struggle with!
omg exactly what i was looking for you came up😂
How does your hair not end up greasy?
We dont want to spray a whole bottle either!
this is crazy, do you know using a wet brush or something similar can distribute product? you dont gotta drench your hair
Does milkshake leave in conditioner work?
