Sometimes this method doesn’t work though because the leave in becomes greasy and makes your hair feel greasy after blow drying and saturating your hair when it’s more dry than damp can cause a lot of problems. Now if it’s a heat protectant it’s not as heavy as a leave in conditioner, but even heat protectants can do the same thing and putting hair into sections takes even longer to do, hence the hair drying before you get the treatment all in your hair.
I have fine and not much hair, long though. I've tried the orange-pink L'Oreal serum + leave in heat protection spray for long hair that claim anti-frizz, but they make my hair frizzy and not shiny at all 😢 So, I'm hesitant to try this purple one.
My hair gets weighed down easily no way my hair would look greasy after almost best to just spray a small amount in the palm of my hands and distribute it through my mid lengths and ends than comb it with a wide tooth comb or brush it with a wet brush starting at the ends so it's evenly distributed
I feel like creamy leave in conditioner just works better i can see how much product i'm applying and if my hair are hydrated enough. also it takes WAAAY less to apply all over the hair
You’re not a dermatologist, your “advice” holds zero weight and is invalid

If you don’t use heat on your hair, do you still recommend this step? Maybe just a leave in?
I love a lot of the things you do but OMG that OGX spray was horrid.
How come every single person I’ve ever heard says to use a dime size amount of leave in conditioner
