I use a Google home routine to dim the smart bulbs in the lounge lamps over the course of an hour, down to zero. It really helped me see the time as bed time rather than a good time to start some fun project. Sometimes I would even try to do something, and have to stop because I didn't have enough light to see what I was doing.
Best advice I received for writing was to stop mid sentence. You’re forced to re-read and complete the sentence, which tends to get you back in the head space quickly
Thanks, Jess! This was super helpful. Eric especially enjoyed that alarm clock on wheels!
