  1. I was taught to toss a noodle on the wall, it's a quick way to tell if the noodles are cooked as they should. Would you disagree? How salty does this turn out to be? Im trying g to stay away from all the sodium. Canned tomatoes have water added and can sit on the shelf for a long period of time. Will this make the sauce more watery? I have freshly grown tomatoes instead to make a high quality sauce. Can you make a video of a fresh sauce instead of canned tomatoes? This was great, lots of new ideas and I watched this with an open mind. Thank you for this video chef!

  2. All this explanation on we,we,we,do not we do not this man is an Italian man and he is cooking a very rich Italian pasta dish here. So stop your negative talking. I am from Liberia and we cook our food differently, the same food but cooked different. Some cook their food poorly like yours and others cook their rich like his cooking, same food but better taste😋 He is a good cook learn his style don't criticize him.
