Hmm no, for a master chef who claims to be an italian cusine expert bro did almost nothing right except use tomatoes and basil , having lived in italy and with sufficient cooking experience this is not how italian sauce is made, watch a different video if you want the correct one.. Bro yaps a lot but doesnt know how to cook the right dish. Also this is basic common sense, many italians dont agree with heavy use of onion or garlic and usage of both of them in larger amount in the same recipe.. the italians dont like it i can see why..
My sauce doesn't need to be perfect, it just needs to taste good. Perfection doesn't exist.
