Nice

🎯 perfect.
Almost word-for-word the way Starting Strength teaches it.
Thanks for advance
Can someone explain the movement a little more in depth for me?
I always hear people say, "Push your hips through the motion, and don't use your back," but that would keep my back in the 90 degree position if I did not "use my back" to straighten out my torso.
Does that mean you have to use the back to an extent?
Forgot to mention keep your head straight. Don’t look up when you’re pulling at the bottom
Stupid shoes
I can deadlift 225 with good form easy, I’ve been doing 4 sets of 15 with 225 because as soon as I get up to like 235-245 my back rounds as soon as I try to pull the bar. If I force my back to be straight I can’t pull the weight. Am I just not strong enough for that weight yet or do I just need to keep deadlifting to improve my form?
Brace your core before you bend at the knees…think of cocking a mousetrap and think of the harder you brace youre core before setting the trap the stronger the trap will be….the last thing you do is drop your hips right before you initiate the pull. If youre braced correctly youll have a hard time dropping your hips, and only be able to maintain that dropped hip position momentarily without loosing your bracing…this video clip is fine for lighter weights, but the bar will pull you right over your toes as the weight starts to go up….bracing your core is the most important part to a strong deadlift, and protecting your back. In my opinion.
Great, this was helpful
