This does not train your lower abs, neither does this nor this. If you really want to target your lower abs then you need to perform their primary function which is spinal flexion. So instead of focusing on the leg movement focus on moving your pelvis to actually train your lower abs.

I does, it just doesn't train the abs as well does the correct version does
But you get more muscle at strecht position and this isn’t an optimal stretch
I will say those exercises done right snatches my waist, but I'm an obese female.
