How to use EHB60 epoxy wood filler for large or extensive repairs to damaged and rot affected timber or wood.
It’s designed for horizontal and vertical use, is high strength, cured and ready to paint within 4 hours (20-45C). Once cured it can be machined, drilled and accepts nails and screws. And I love tooling it because it just doesn’t slump – it goes on like thick butter!

Does it work on new pressure treated lumber to fill cracks and holes?
Hi Charlie. For wood panel doors.. is 4mm mohair roller or a foam style roller better? Can’t find much online.. thanks
Hi Charlie, would this apply wood filler be good for holes in wood panels doors that previously had raw plug in? Thanks
Nooice!
Thanks! Will need it
Can this be used to repair a kitchen cabinet door where the hinge has broken off and the screws have taken out a chunk of chipboard (10mm deep and about 20x20mm width and height). If one has the tools and patience, if course it would be good to glue in a larger wooden patch after routing out a recess for it, but would this doe the job and then hold the screws for the hinges again?
Do you know if this comes smaller to repair small things? Or something smaller similar?
Wow, never heard of it, looks like a fantastic product
Nice Charlie – do you know how it ‘fill’ chips in granite worktops?
