  1. Hey I'm a dancer who broke her back and I'm coming back to dance after 3 years and I wanna keep track of my flexibility here.
    Day 0: Only left split but for short amount of time and leg hold on left leg
    Day 1: Painful lets see how I feel tomorrow

  2. as being a dancer since i was 3 im really good and really flexible in my back , in my legs , not so much. ive naturally not been flexible that much in my legs at all , while everyone in my dance class can do splits , leg holds , etc , it seems im behind since I can’t do any of that. Ive been putting lots and LOTS of effort with leg flexibility and I’ve been seeing good feedback from Anna , so here I am ! I’ll record and update each day on how much more flexible I get or in general , any changes. By the end of this I want to achieve atleast my right splits , and right leg hold ! ( I also hope this feed back helps others since I will be completely honest with my work ! ) 💕

    day 1 – feeling a bit sore , during most of these stretches I did feel the burn and stretch , which means it’s slowly working ! ( one thing I want to note , for me it’s really hard to get thighs to the ground in my splits ) in general , definitely some of these stretches are easier then others but I’m excited to continue to do this!

I am a ballerina and oh boy I do not even have the splits and I want to try this and if it doesn’t work and at least two months, I’m pretty close though but not very but if it doesn’t work in two months, I’m gonna stop doing it I’m not saying that her stretches don’t work if that does not work I’m just saying I really wanna get as fast as I can without overdoing it you know
