Actually, I had a dermatologist remove the milia and they don’t have time to lancet anymore. He burnt (cotterized) them off! Then it looked like I had chicken pox while they healed. Then, they all came back! It’s horrible! What size lancet should I get, to get those little hard cysts out?!
