I tried the Kelso shrugs & didn't feel anything in my traps at all.
Nice back exercise….behind the back barbell shrug would do just fine.
Best traps exercise is when you do db lateral raise in wrong form.
I couldn’t focus on the video because Meteora was playing
What are those dots on yo back
1 thing i would like to add to this i with the reverse pec dec fly, try to go past the shoulderline so as far back as possible, squeezing and holding there for around 1 sec and really let your scapula pull apart in the eccentric part. But overall great advice!

Not sure if I’ve been gifted with big traps or have always done the workouts that train them. Like when I’m doing RDL’s, I always bend over and do a trap raise with the dumbbells, then when I’m upright, I do a shrug. Just always felt like RDL’s alone were not exhausting enough. So I increase the intensity. Let’s go! 🦾
