  1. My only ingredient that really helped my skin so much is Niacinamide. Since ive discovered i only buy Niacinamide serums and my skin is perfect at my age. I gave up all skincare products wich is not even working for me. Keep your skicare routine to minimum.

  2. Basically.

    1.Have a good diet
    2.Always get good sleep
    3.Drink tons of water
    4.Stop pinching,squeezing your pimples/acne
5.Simply find what products are good for you and clean your face morning and night, but it’s better to see a dermatologist before buying any products.

  3. I just got differin gel 🥲 hope it doesn’t do to much since I gotta try it now since that was not the cheapest thing lol

been working on giving my skin a shot at healing using CeraVe hydrating cream to foam cleanser and a lotion for the night, got a strong sunscreen for the day that has some hydrating qualities, been using it for a while now. My skin’s got a glow but I’m not sure if it’s oil or a good thing lol
