Have u tried chemical peels? Also vit c serum fades dark spots with time and consistency. Whenever I have a new spot from a pimple the vit c remove that spot way quicker than the older spots but it still works wonders❤
Get a 100% cocoa butter stick. Use for two weeks. It will fade these spots and make them disappear before your eyes. It’s the yellow stick you can get from pharmacy.
