Another great way to think about holding the bar is using a “Bulldog grip”. You know how bulldogs have their paws pointed inward? Same kind of concept here.. Doing that, and then torquing your grip into the bar will help create some good tension throughout your bench press – helping you stay safe & strong.
Hope this helps ✊🏼

This did wonders for me. Great tip
I've never seen any of this guy's other content, but I will be changing that very soon. This is an excellent tip.
Man, this cue/technique saved me from so many more headaches. Implemented this tonight benching as well as with some tricep exercises and not only did it help move weight more efficiently, but it also saved me from putting needless strain on my shoulders. Appreciated.
Do i bend my wrist or keep straight
Bulldog grip
Cork screwing..the hand moves too away from the heel of the hand..why all thr ridiculous twisting of the joints.. easy if yu slightly flare the elbow positioning the hand..and yu look stacked wrist down the forearm
Thank you for blessing my bench Sir ✨
Rip shoulders
