If you use silicone on drywall , at least have the decency to retexture over it , then paint it and make it look like you were never there Good Lord ye all
Lots-O-Mistakes here, thing that bugged me the most is how they siliconed the sink in. You're supposed to apply a continuous bead along the underside of the sink near the edge so when you tighten the sink down no water can get by.

I got the landlord special. My countertop has CAULK to hold it and let me tell you any weight of it and it’s like a sea saw that goes up. Can I fix this myself?
