How does it not move around since not glued or nails
Compressible PE3 what? comb-back-a-Rod?
Did exactly how the video showed. Unfortunately planks kept unlocking, not locking, and got completely out of wack. Think i wasted a box or better due to having planks that wouldn't fit anywhere after they were cut and being any where from 5/8" to an inch off at the end.
