I think I would have went with solar lights
Just thought I’d share that polarity doesn’t matter with low voltage. As long as one wire from each component is connected, you’re good to go.
Why not use solar?
The most important step was missed!!! You have to test the transformer and the lights first.
Can the 12 gauge wire be run on the side of the house? Not on the ground but clipped to the siding? Then I plan to dig a ditch and run the wire to the backyard. Thanks
Thinking some sort of cover on the wire might have been a good preventative measure to make sure it doesn't get damaged.
I did NOT know there were so many steps to this process. Definitely hiring someone for this – I have 0 patience!
