Where to I apply the weather stripping if it is beneath a door that air gets in? Like the door moves side to side not up and down, so wasn’t demonstrated in the video.

what about for a condominium upstairs, mine is a sliding glass door? would i have to remove it?

It compresses both ways. But only one way is correct.
So the plastic will be on the outside of the whole window? I was putting it on the inner side. I'll try it that way
