  1. Pretty terrible product. If you don't already have wires at the door you want it at and think "hey this would be perfect!! I can just mount it on the wall and my various nest speakers throughout the house will alert me when the doorbell is pressed" think again. In order to hear the "chime" you have to keep your speakers at 100% volume all the time… So have fun getting yelled at by Google from now on whenever you want to use your smart speakers as smart speakers. Want to listen to music and still have a functional doorbell? Hope you like 100% volume. 😂

Huge disappointment. OH! And I didn't even mention that the warranty starts on the manufacturer date not the purchase date too… So that's fun….. Brand new expensive doorbell with no warranty and lackluster customer support. Cool.

    I feel scammed.

  2. In the process of reconnecting my doorbell to a new wifi and I'm so close to saying f**k it and just putting a sign on the door that says "knock hard" I've tried literally everything and it just will not connect.. I hate how videos just go through the "best case scenario " set up. Day 3 here we go.

  3. sometimes not all the time my internet modem was acting up and i was blaming goggle nest devices but the entire time it was my modem causing the offline issues. Sometimes if your internet is updating or doing services in your area your modem will need to be unpluged and pluged again to allow access to your online. The ADT base is so strong that it will work for hours at a time so youll think you have internet. this gives you a false sense that you have internet.
