Was clear gold today so I Strained it.. put fermtation lock back on. Now what.. wait and rack it like wine? Or filter thur cloth bottle and refrigerator..?.. tia..

I’ve never been able to make a ginger bug. Kombucha and sourdough all going great. But this ginger bug just doesn’t want to survive for me 😢

My ginger bug was ready in just 3 days, and I've got it done first try. I might be verrrrrrry lucky
Does anyone know what happens if I added all my ginger in the beginning and continue to add sugar every day?
