3. Why do you have to keep feeding it ginger and sugar every day, rather than just letting the initial mixture ferment like every other fermentation?

4. I started feeding my ginger bug a little over six days ago; everything was going well, and I started seeing bubbles. However, I fed it at the same time yesterday, but this morning it didn't seem to be making bubbles.

   Is this normal? 😱
