  1. Omg, who wouldn't sprinkle cheese over the entire surface of the tortilla ? There's no going halfway with cheese…..EVER ! LOL.

    Flour tortillas (and pita bread) benefit from a little extra baking and more color. They tend to get just barely baked, tasting a bit pasty.

  2. I made them! Best quesadillas I ever made. I did have the pan too hot at first and burnt the tortilla, but I adjusted the heat and it was fine from there. It was more low-medium for my stove. Whatever lets you wait long enough for the cheese to melt without the tortilla burning. Very happy with this recipe. ☺️
