I understand the excess juice. But I don’t think I’m gonna be patting it dry. I want all that juiciness and pop it in the dehydrator LMAO. Yours is one of my favorite. Out of so many quick how to do beef jerky! You didn’t make it sound complicated and I love how you said whatever season you want what I do like is that regardless of who tells their story, Worcestershire sauce is always in the story and I love that stuff! I’m making this real soon. If I’m hungry and I don’t wanna eat a big meal at night, I’ll reach for my purple grapes. My planters peanuts, and my beef jerky! Yummies and thank you.😋😘😋
