Looks delicious!! Can you add colour to caramel?
What a bummer… I ended up with caramel soup that slid right off the apples! 😭 And I had put them in scalding water and really used my strength to wipe/dry them, then refrigerated them. I think the one cup of light corn syrup thinned it out the caramel too much, at least in my case. Guess I'm back going to the cider mill!
Made the recipe, but it failed to taste like the caramel I’m used to, like Brachs.
Why do you behave like a buffoon? Your presentation is professional, so be professional.
The recipe on Pinterest that features your recipe has different measurements and temperatures…I did follow what you said to a T
and the caramel did not get thick enough and slid off the apples… I’m a bit disappointed…I’ve made these perfectly with craft caramels but your recipe seemed amazing. Sorry
If only I had heavy cream and corn syrup 😔
You’re the best always.
Nice job I love how you cook 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂
I'm assuming if one has fresh apples right off the trees, the hot water dipping step may be skipped? I loved your video! Very informative, and also love your personality! I'll have to check out your other apple videos as I have an abundance of apples this year.
Great info! Thanks
