Have you ever tried cauliflower rice? It’s a light side dish that can be used in place of rice. It is a low-carb, healthy, veggie-packed alternative to rice. Its texture is quite similar and is neutral in taste as well. Like traditional rice, cauli-rice takes on whatever flavor you season it with, making it the perfect low-carb side dish.

You do not need music.
it's so easy to make!
And then fart for the next 3 hours
It's really helped me to be able to eat well and lose weight. Works great as a rice replacement for sushi, poke bowls, and so much more. I take Jack fruit and season with 0 Calorie BBQ sauce and put on top of a bed of cauliflower rice. It's so good, healthy, and low calorie.
Can i use a blender?
Cauliflower isn't even a real vegetable so how is this better for you when it serves no benefits generally?
I really like cauliflower. I love mashed cauliflower as a replacement to mashed potatoes! Gotta lower them carbs.
I wanna try making cauliflower rice for the first time, and I was just wondering, just exactly how long do you cook it on the frying pan? Is it like a 2 minute thing, or just a little bit longer?
Why stop with salt and pepper? I love to season this to the max. Add paprika or turmeric or chili powder. Really there are a ton of options.
It can be more appetising:
* Sauteed a generous amount of diced onions & carrots in sesame oil (use any oil of your choice) for approx 3 minutes.
* Then add in diced red & yellow sweet peppers (for a variation of colour) I also add in grated or finely chopped garlic and ginger for extra flavour, sauteed for another 3 minutes.
* Finally add in some small pieces of broccoli with the pulsed cauliflower and add salt, Cheyenne pepper and dark soya sauce, keep stirring for about 3 minutes before serving as a delicious healthy rice alternative 😋
