The secret to making creamy hummus is to remove the outer husk of the hummus and add a few ice cubes when blending. I serve it with toasted Naan and a side of veggies for a healthy vegan lunch. Hummus is also a great appetizer or healthy snack.

Mine taste like nuts (not ur recipe)
You don't need to add olive oil in the middle of the paste (sorry, blanking on the word), it makes it heavy and with hummus you want it light, the lighter the better. Tahine and chickpea already have a lot of fat. The olive oil you can add only after it's ready (like you did).
