  1. My mom took her stuffing to a pot luck. Whenever there was a church pot luck the director would express the expectation: all attendees were to bring a dish to pass AND Rose is going to bring her stuffing. She laughed. Took her stuffing and was looking forward to a spoonful. It was gone.

  2. Some people use pan drippings. There aren’t enuff for moistening stuffing and gravy. Use the giblets and neck and if you want the wings to make a good broth. Use that for your stuffing. It a container of chick broth. ALDIs at this time of year carries turkey broth.
