I love ginger tea. I grate my ginger to get everything out of it. Cutting it doesn't give you a thick color. This is my go to tea for illness. Even my kids drink it

I too like my ginger tea with lime. I used to use lemon, but I found that by adding lime it gives it a whole new tasteful flavor.
