Love this simple approach. I just started Zepbound and I'm worried about feeling n nauseous. But I realize I have a lot of ginger root in my refrigerator and I even have Limes!
It's not tea
Never put honey with hot water it kills all the enzymes,honey should put in a warm water always not hot water
Can we add ghee into it?
You can’t call that tea
That is ginger water
Tea is what is made out of tea leaves or chai Patti
U can’t call a hot and soothing drink tea
And btw to all the people saying chai is tea, it is not. Originally tea was made without milk and tea bags were used . Chai is a variant of tea because it has milk and raw tea leaves
