    Masa

    480 ml de leche entera, tibia al tacto

    100 g de azúcar granulada

    115 g de mantequilla sin sal, derretida

    7 g de levadura seca activa (1 sobre)

    625 g de harina de trigo (harina común), dividida

    5 g de polvos de hornear (1 cucharadita)

    10 g de sal kosher (2 cucharaditas)

    Relleno

    150 g de azúcar moreno claro

    170 g de mantequilla sin sal, blanda

    2 cucharadas (aprox. 15 g) de canela molida

    Glaseado / Frosting

    115 g de queso crema, blando y en cubos

    30 g de mantequilla sin sal, derretida

    60 ml de leche

    1 cucharadita (5 ml) de extracto de vainilla

    120 g de azúcar flor (azúcar en polvo, glas)
