What kind of rice do you recommend for this?
I’m trying this 🙂 Thank you
Yikes non Korean is showing how to cook kimchi fried rice 😂
Blanched bean sprouts.
2 tbsp oil
100g spam
Spring onions
125g kimchi
1 tbsp gochujang
200 gr cooked rice
1 egg
1 tbsp butter
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Toasted sesame seed, spring onion
Can i alternatively use ssamjang instead of gochujang
Can i make it without kimchi
It's useful because the ingredients are listed.
It looks very nice. However wouldn’t all the oil – I count 3 tbsp – cancel the good benefits of kimchi.. just wondering !!!
No egg? Nahh
