It is made with long macaroni (Bucatini), Evaporated milk, heavy cream, sometimes eggs and seasonings like salt, pepper, granulated Onion granulated Garlic and smoked paprika. It also has 3 different types of cheeses. Mild cheddar, Monterrey Jack, and Parmesan. Other types of cheese can also be added. This recipe calls for 12 servings.
