100g each if i'm following? FYI 1/2 the yeast and that's NY pizza dough. You can always start with 1/2 the yeast too, just let it rest longer.

You did not ferment the dough which is proabably the most important step. You went to that famous bagel shop and that is what he does.
Ok. This Jewish girl here finally made her first round of bagels! I used your recipe but did need to add more water. I couldnβt find a measurement anywhere for yours so I did 1/2 cup. Ended up added another 1/3 or so when trying to knead it. Iβm so proud of myself π
