Ancient Sweating pain relief in Panchkarma , modern comfort 💆‍♀️✨
This Ayurvedic Swedana therapy — Choorna Pinda Sweda — melts away pain,increases sweat which helps release toxins, stiffness & swelling using simple herbs and gentle warmth.

🌿 How to Make It at Home:
Mix together:
🪶 Erand mool (30gms) – relieves deep joint pain
🪶 Haldi (15 gms)– anti-inflammatory & healing
🪶 Saunth (15 gms) – removes ama & improves circulation
🪶 Ajwain(15gms)– relieves muscle spasm
🪶 Sarso(15 gms)– strong warming, eases stiffness
🪶 Methi(15 gms) – lubricates joints
🪶 Neem leaves(15 gms) – detoxifies & soothes
🪶 Sendha namak(10 gms) – enhances sweating & draws out toxins.
[1/4 cup ≈ 25 to 30 grams ~ 4 tbsp]your total mix will be roughly 150–180 grams, enough to make 1 large or 2 medium potlis.

Each herb has ushna veerya and Snigdha qualities works to ease pain, inflammation & stiffness naturally,
Slightly crush all the herbs , tie in a clean cotton cloth to form a potli.

🔥 How to use:
Warm the potli, test heat, gently press on joints or sore muscles for 10–15 mins.

🚫 Avoid if: Pregnant, high Pitta (burning/rashes), open wounds or very sensitive skin.

♻️ Reuse & Storage:
Each potli can be reused 3–4 times if kept completely dry for 10-20 days. After use, let it cool, then store in an airtight jar or cloth bag in a cool, dry place. Reheat before each use.
If it gets damp, open it up and sun-dry before storing again .
