Born in 1945 (80 yrs young) my mother/grandparents began teaching me to cook in 1953 (I was eight).
The very first thing I learned was my grandfather's Cinnamon Rolls. Coming from a family of fabulous cooks, in an era when most everything as made from scratch, I love that your recipe for pasta doesn't involve any machinery. To this day I mostly cook sans equipment. Back then "organic" wasn't a word that was used much because most food was organic. Loving your platform, I'm sharing you with everyone.
