Recipe
2 cups whole milk
One Vanilla bean or vanila extract at the end
6 egg yolks
2/3 cup of sugar
1/4 corn starch
1 table spoon butter
18/10 stainless steel with a triply bottom, the best pot/pan in my world and I use only Half-n-Half. And, one does not have to listen to 20 minutes of worthless speech. This and other videos get down to what you want, data (not a lot of yaking).
