I love porridge with vanilla and cinamon… no sugar added… why does everything have to have sugar goodness…
Butter,milk, maple syrup, honey, brown sugar
My favorite way to cook porridge is savory.
– We caramelize onions with bell pepper, garlic and chopped sausages.
– Once all flavors have met, you drop one part oats, three parts broth and one part milk.
– ADD SALT, SPICES AND AROMATICS. I go with pepper, cumin, thyme and provenzal herbs.
– Steer it in a way that makes you feel like a medieval lady until thickens.
– Top it with a sunny egg, chopped green onions and you granny's ashes.

Hi Jamie. I soak organic whole grain porridge oats in sweetened soya milk for an hour or two. Then microwave for two minutes on full power and serve with fresh blueberries stirred in with a dash of agave nectar. It’s just awesome. Every morning 🤪🤪
I make my porridge with cocoa powder and chia seeds. Variery of fresh fruit on top…yum
I’m so ready for break now, haha , but it’s bedtime now. 😂
We call it oatmeal in the U.S. and I make it with home made chunky apple sauce, brown sugar and cinnamon
Science is done in metrics, not builders mugs. Also milk doesn't scold or burn easy in a microwave.
