The struggles are real 🙁 I find step 3 to be the hardest as that causes the weird angles and square/triangle rotis lol, keeping an even amount of pressure while following the first 2 steps is difficult, but practice makes perfect! I’ll get it soon. #shorts

I've been making roti since 1997, when I rolled my first roti, my grandpa jokingly said it looked like the map of Vitilevu, our island 😏 I laughed because the way he said it was funny, he was a jolly man, I must say that making roti is not easy, you have to be precise with the amount of water that goes into the flour, more or less makes a huge difference but I do love rolling out rotis and I've learned to roll them in perfect circles 😁
