  1. I am 73 and have always wanted to learn to stir fry with restaurant results. When i needed my chicken and broccoli fix i ran to the local Chinese shop assuming it was too difficult for me to duplicate. With your easy to follow instructions it was so easy and very delicious. i didn't look up the actual recipe so i winged it on the amt. of cornstarch to use. (2 tbls)
was my guess and it worked fine. My apologies if i missed that on the video. How you explain each step gave me the confidence to say, I CAN DO THIS ! many thanks..

  2. Healthy ???!! I'm horrified when you added 3TABLE SPOONS of brown sugar….you can leave out sugar pls if you're cooking this 3 times a week. If you have to, just 1 tsp sugar is enough to taste. Don't forget you are eating with rice and rice has carbohydrates and that's a lot of sugar content.
