There's some kind of a lighter colored sauce that my local Chinese restaurant serves, but I'm looking forward to trying this one. I would love to do Chinese pepper steak and beef and broccoli. Thank you for sharing and such a concise way!
All I have on hand is frozen stir fry veggies or I have freeze dried veggies. Is there a hint how I can succeed with frozen veggies? I know to blanch 1 min it makes frozen green look nice. But I don’t want mushy veggies.
I’m just growing my own garlic . But I’m going to start ginger also in my veggie her bed. My son is a beekeeper so I’ll be using our own Florida honey. I have a huge wok. I’m only one person here. It’s not easy to store stir fry. Veggies get dark and mushy. So I’ll give my wok away and get a new one smaller😊
