►3 Tbsp unsalted butter, divided
►1 cup Panko bread crumbs
►2 large eggs, lightly beaten
►3 Tbsp mayonnaise
►1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
►1/4 cup parsley, finely minced

    -canned premium salmon
    -saltine crackers crunched up
    -lemon juice
    -1-2 eggs
    -pepper
    -oregano
    -Old Bay seasoning
    -mix
    -form burger like patties
    -heat iron skillet with olive oil
    -cook to desired liking

    Eat with ketchup…..yummy!

  2. How do I reheat these without using microwave please? I am usually cooking for myself and hate waste. Should I freeze then thaw when ready to fry or freeze after cooking and cooling … and reheat how? Yep, novice here.
