Ingredients for Salmon Patties:
►1 lb fresh salmon filet
►Olive oil
►Garlic salt (I used Lawry’s Brand), to taste
►Black pepper, to taste
►1 medium yellow onion (1 cup), finely diced
►1/2 red bell pepper, seeded and diced
►3 Tbsp unsalted butter, divided
►1 cup Panko bread crumbs
►2 large eggs, lightly beaten
►3 Tbsp mayonnaise
►1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
►1/4 cup parsley, finely minced

I put mine on a Hamburger roll with mayonnaise.
Looks great! Im making mine with Mexican rice, avacadoe, and olives.
Awesome, only extra ingredient I add is celery… plus onion and garlic powder
I tried eating salmon because is healthy but for some reason I don't find it very good when I cook it so this recipe I would try because I like crab cakes 😋
Thank you these were great! However I used carrots and celery alongside with onion instead of bell peppers . So delicious!
Too many fillers….
-canned premium salmon
-saltine crackers crunched up
-lemon juice
-1-2 eggs
-pepper
-oregano
-Old Bay seasoning
-mix
-form burger like patties
-heat iron skillet with olive oil
-cook to desired liking
Eat with ketchup…..yummy!
The egg is a much more effective binder if you wait and add it after everything else is mixed.
Even canned salmon works, but red salmon is so much better than pink. Fyi.
How do I reheat these without using microwave please? I am usually cooking for myself and hate waste. Should I freeze then thaw when ready to fry or freeze after cooking and cooling … and reheat how? Yep, novice here.
