I always clean the falling leaves of guyabano every morning,sometimes its irritates me.
What about fresh leaves?
Soursop contains compounds called annonacin and other acetogenins that can be neurotoxic and damage dopamine-producing neurons in the brain, similar to the damage seen in Parkinson's disease.
I boil my water first then I add the leaves and let them simmer under a low fire for 8 minutes, then I let them steep for awhile until the tea cools. Finally I drink several cups a day everyday. Also adding a little honey or none at all. But it does taste really good with the honey 🍯
