When strawberries are in season you need to make some homemade strawberry jam!! Don’t let those delicious berries go to waste; making homemade jam is readdly easy an so satisfying; a little taste of summer waiting in a jar. Try adding other berries, flavorings like vanilla, black pepper, orange zest, almond extract, or even steep some herbs for a minute or two. Have fun experimenting and don’t forget to keep stirring!

Homemade preserves make wonderful gifts! You can hand them off as a stand alone present or make a little gift basket with some fresh breads or scones and a selection of teas or coffees.

People use 1to1 sugar I use 35% sugar.
Its amazing, it doesn't set like Jam does. but fuck me. 1kg of sugar per 1kg of fruit is insane, and anyone that things this is ok should wait to get diabetes.
Thanks Preppy!
Looks delicious 😊😊😊 i ll try it this summer ❤
Looks good, next time include the yield
How long is it good for in the fridge?
Oh my god – This much of Sugar !!!!!
I thought straberries already has sugar
Thank you so much for the easy-peasy recipe. Just wanted to ask how long we can store the jam?
Can you use this for cakes
FOR FILLING JARS: buy a special extra wide funnel made for jam. I have one and it's perfect.
