Hi, Thank you for this detailed easy to follow video! I'm just wondering why you use more butter, more powdered sugar, more salt, and more vanilla than your (plain) vanilla buttercream video where you use the whisk instead of the paddle? Thanks in advance for the reply!

How many cups of total sugar?
I just made this recipe last night and used it on my chocolate cake and it turned out great!! I did reduce the amount of powdered sugar though. I took the cake to work, and it was gone in ten minutes!! lol. Thanks so much for this simple amazing recipe!! 😊
