I just made mine! It came out soo good! I used only 1 cup of sugar and it was the perfect sweetness. I also added double the cream and it made it so much smoother. I was able to decorate a 3 layer 8" round cake.
Would this freeze well, just like regular buttercream frosting? I want to make it but wouldn’t need or use the whole batch at once. I bake monthly so I like to keep frosting in my freezer to save time.
