2. Chef, I wish you would educate those that you're speaking to about the toxicity of Teflon pots and pans.
   We didn't know that back in the 70s 80s and going forward until today.
   Now we can get nontoxic ceramic pots and pans for the same exact price if not cheaper.
   This is especially important for people that have children in their environment, pets in their environment especially birds that have extremely sensitive upper respiratory system systems.
   Ditch the Teflon friends. Don't donate it to a thrift store just throw it away.
   Do your research, Teflon is poisonous.
